This week on What's Up Wednesday, how to shop the best selection, get the best deals, and beat the crowds.

With Balloon Fiesta starting in just 3 days, our on-field merchandise tents are just about ready to open. In fact, we'll be open starting at 9 am tomorrow, Thursday.

There is no admission charges or parking fees at the park on Thursday or Friday and our south tent will be open for all your shopping desires. Stopping by between 9 and 5 either day means you'll have your shopping done before the crowds hit on Saturday. It also means you'll have access to the best selection of merchandise. (Insider tip-the south tent stocks the most variety and quantity of items on the field.) You should be able to find everything you want on those two days, without the crowds. And you'll be able to take it home with you and not have to carry it around the field while you're trying to enjoy the balloons. It also gives you a chance to check out your driving route to the field, the layout of the field and in general just get the lay of the land and those "before" pictures.

So we'll look for you Thursday and Friday, just ahead of the big 5-0, our 50th Balloon Fiesta!

Allow access to your location and camera and if you're at the park, check out and interact with the Looney Tunes characters. If you're not near the park, use the "Try at Home" option. While you're interacting with the characters, grab a screen or video capture. It's Cool. It's Free. And it's just another way Bugs, Roadrunner, Wile and the others are participating in the 50th Balloon Fiesta.
