It's Thanksgiving week and we wanted to take this edition of What's Up Wednesday to Thank You for your support of Balloon Fiesta and Balloon Fiesta Stuff, including a big THANK YOU to the hundreds of you who responded to last week's survey. We appreciate your responses and we'll be responding to them soon. If you forgot to take the survey, you still can by clicking here.

Of course this is the week when many businesses will be open extra hours with big sales and crowds. We, on the other hand, will be taking the weekend off. Our Gift Shop will be closed both Thursday and Friday reopening on Monday. Our Online Store will remain open throughout the weekend, however, orders won't be processed until Monday.

As for a Big Black Friday Sale, we're not having one. Our Big Sale is our DECEMBER SALE and it's back in a big way for 2022. More details in a couple of weeks, but mark your calendar for Dec 10 and 11th. Our best markdowns will take place that weekend, online only.

Speaking of markdowns. We will begin putting items on sale next week. You'll want to check the store daily for the latest sale prices. The best way to do that is to use the On Sale link at the top of the home page.

Back to the day at hand.

Just two years ago, when the 2020 Balloon Fiesta was postponed, we realized we need to up our game with an online presence for our merchandise. In those two years, we have updated our backend software, migrated all your accounts and our products, and started this What's Up Wednesday Email/Blog. And your response has been overwhelmingly positive, both in comments and sales.

Our team consists of 2 full time employees; Lisa our Merchandise Manager and Chani our Assistant Manager. Rounding out the team is our tech guru, KenArt, our warehouse manager Curt and a great group of seasonal employees and volunteers, including Sharon, Cavelle, and Larry as well as a large group of folks who work during Balloon Fiesta round out the team. On behalf of the Merchandise Team and all of us at Balloon Fiesta, Thank You for your continued support.
