What's Up Wednesday June 28, 2023 #74

This week on What's Up Wednesday, the third round of official pins is now available as the countdown clock shows just 100 days remaining until the start of the 51st Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
In the past two weeks, we have released the Event Number 51 pin in three colors, the Official Event, Special Shape, Balloon Glow, Chase Crew, and Mass Ascension pins. Today, we have another popular batch for you to add to your collection.
The Gordon Bennett, Flight of Nations, Public Safety, Dawn Patrol, and Splash and Dash pins are now available.
The Gordon Bennett is round and features the logo of the 66th event being held in conjunction with the 51st Balloon Fiesta this year. You'll definitely want to pick up one of these collector's items.
As you would expect, the Dawn Patrol and Splash and Dash pins depict balloons participating in those activities, respectively. The Public Safety pin continues its traditional shape of a law enforcement badge, and the Flight of Nations pin features balloons sporting the colors of many of the nations scheduled to participate this year. And the Walking Stick "pin" is also available today for those of you who collect those.
We still have a few more pins to release in the weeks ahead. The Heritage pin will be released in mid-August after the award is announced. And we have a couple of others that we're keeping under wraps for now. Stay tuned.
