This week on What's Up Wednesday. Counting and more counting

The sales are done, the packages have been shipped and all that is left is the counting and accounting. We're smack dab in the middle of all those things accountants and auditors like... inventory and year-end reports. As a non-profit with only 2 full time staff members running our merchandise operation, this takes some time, even with the help of some great Navigators. Not only to count what remains but to reconcile what we sold this year with all the money stuff. Which helps to explain why we shut off sales on Monday this week and won't be ready to sell you anything until January 1, 2024. 

Remember this Friday at 5 pm is the last day to pick up your order in 2023. The office will be closed until January 2, 2024 after Friday.

We hope you enjoyed the products we put out there for you this year. And we can't wait to share with you all the items we're creating for 2024. We're already working with our suppliers on designs, colors, and a number of unique products that will be created just for Balloon Fiesta Stuff. We're also making arrangements to get the merchandise in-house much earlier in the year. We think this will help us ensure we have enough stock on those popular items for everyone throughout Balloon Fiesta 2024.
