This week on What's Up Wednesday, another really cool pre-order item and the scoop on tickets for this year's Balloon Fiesta.

First let's wrap up our Luck of the Irish promotion from last month. The final big winner was Jean M. from California. Her luck scored her a Varsity Jacket. Thanks to everyone who make a purchase in March, and we hope you enjoyed the random special gift that was included with your order. For those of you who pre-ordered, don't worry, we saved a free gift for you as well.

Also last month we featured a couple of balloon figurines as a pre-order. We should have those in stock shortly and then on their way to you. 

Those were so popular, we have another one for you this month. It's Levitation by Grand Jester Studios. It features the house lift by a cluster of balloons in the Pixar movie Up. And when plugged in and turned on, the balloons actually left the house and it levitates between the clouds. The hand-painted, 11.5 inch tall item also lights up and will make a great edition to your balloon collection.  This is a pre-order with shipping expected in early May.

Coming up this Friday, April 7, we will be 6 months from opening day at the 51st Balloon Fiesta. And that means tickets for the big event go on sale.

Starting at 9 am Friday morning, tickets for all the VIP areas and General Admission go on sale. While VIP tickets are available only online through our ticket agency at https://balloonfiesta.com/Purchase-Tickets,  General Admission tickets can also be purchased at BalloonFiestaStuff.com. We'll have 4 packs of physical tickets available at the discounted price of $50. That's a $10 dollar savings off the value of the tickets. There is no processing fee, just a $1 mailing charge for the physical tickets. Tickets ordered through the ticket agency will have a processing and handling fee added to the electronic, print at home tickets. One other note, due to the actual printing process, the physical tickets will be mailed to you after June 1. But still in plenty of time before opening day on October 7.

Again, all these tickets go on sale Friday at 9am Mountain Time. VIP areas sell out quickly. General Admission tickets do not sell out.
